     CSHB 7(JUD) - VICTIM/JUVENILE OFFENDER MEDIATION                          
                                                                               
SENATOR SEAN PARNELL moves that SCS for CSHB 7, Version P, dated 3-            
6-98, be adopted as the working document.                                      
                                                                               
CHAIRMAN TAYLOR states there being no objection, it is adopted.  He            
explains that the bill resolves and provides an immunity for those             
people involved in making discretionary decisions in youth courts.             
It will also involve a title change, and a resolution has been                 
prepared for that purpose.                                                     
                                                                               
SENATOR PARNELL moves to pass SCS for CSHB 7 as amended from                   
committee with individual recommendations.                                     
                                                                               
There being no objection, CHAIRMAN TAYLOR moves SCSCS HB 7, version            
P, from committee with individual recommendations.
